Paul Watson - Director
FCA, FCCA. BEng (Hons)
Hi, I’m Paul, one of Passman Leonard’s partners and one of the main points of contact for our clients. I am a Chartered Certified Accountant, bringing over 20 years of experience in financial accounting, business analysis, and advisory roles.
I also help oversee our marketing and business development efforts, drawing on my involvement previously with various BNI groups.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a diverse range of companies - from small startups to PLCs - including respected firms like Grant Thornton and Clydesdale Bank. My goal is to provide practical, grounded financial advice that helps clients achieve their objectives.
Outside of work, I enjoy cycling, kayaking, racing karts, and watching F1 - anything on wheels. I also love spending quality movie nights with my family.
Puja Shah – Director

Hi, I’m Puja. As a specialist tax advisor, I provide strategic advice to both corporate clients and private individuals, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements whilst optimising tax efficiency.
With a proven track record in resolving HMRC disputes, I offer invaluable support to clients facing investigations, enquiries, and compliance challenges.
My expertise in tax enables me to make a positive financial contribution to our clients’ business growth by carefully managing their tax liabilities through my deep understanding of regulations, reliefs, and allowances.
I lead the marketing initiatives at Passman Leonard, and you will find me representing the firm at networking events such as Athena Chiswick. I offer multilingual support in Gujarati and English, ensuring clear and effective communication with our diverse client base.
When I’m not busy helping clients manage their HMRC tax affairs, you can find me exercising – I love swimming, running, and walking. For relaxation, I spend time painting and improving my embroidery skills.
Neil Shah - Director
Bsc Econ, FCCA
Hi, I’m Neil. I’m one of the partners at Passman Leonard and a chartered certified accountant with more than 20 years of experience. I work closely with our SME clients and make sure they feel supported and confident in their finances as well as meet their statutory compliance requirements.
Apart from number crunching I also enjoy exploring all things Tech for the practice and clients. Whether it’s testing new tools, improving systems, or just making sure everything runs smoothly, I’m always looking for ways that technology can make work more efficient for us and our clients.
When not working, I am a big sports fan and will watch and/or play almost any competitive sport, as long as it does not involve wheels! I also enjoy hiking, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
Ewelina Onisk – Assistant Accountant
AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting
I’m Ewelina and as an assistant accountant, I have a varied role and interact with many clients.
It’s my job to prepare the financial accounts of LTD companies and complete corporation tax returns. I’m also involved in preparing and submitting sole trader, partnership and personal self-assessment tax returns.
The best part of the job at Passman Leonard is the great atmosphere and friendly people. I love to help people and if need be, I can talk to clients in Polish.
In my free time, I enjoy photography, reading books and swimming.
Holly Summers – Accounts Apprentice.
Hello, I’m Holly and I am an AAT Level 3 Accounts Apprentice at Passman Leonard. I’m involved in a variety of work, including supporting with personal tax returns, Making Tax Digital, payroll, bookkeeping, client queries and general accounts administration. I also hold a Level 2 qualification in Bookkeeping.
I enjoy the problem-solving side of my role and the opportunity to learn more about how the UK tax system and different businesses operate. I find it rewarding to see my knowledge develop and to become increasingly confident in my role.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, horse riding, swimming, cooking and baking, as well as learning new skills. I also enjoy discovering new places and travelling whenever I can.
Katherine Brown – Administrator
My main responsibilities include filing forms with Companies House and tax returns with HMRC. I’m also responsible for answering the phone, greeting clients and making sure we are fully equipped in the office.
I like getting to speak with clients and I enjoy working alongside skilled accountants, learning a lot about finances from a company and a personal perspective.
I enjoy reading- all things dystopian, thriller or sci fi. I also enjoy playing video games, knitting and embroidery. I have a huge interest in true crime documentaries.
Mehdi Bandarchi – Accounts Assistant
Hello, I’m Mehdi and I am one of the accounts assistants at Passman Leonard. My responsibilities centre around preparation of accounts, processing payroll and completing tax returns.
Speaking to clients and helping to resolve their accounting or tax issues is the part of my job I enjoy most, although I also find the day-to-day account record keeping enjoyable as I know clients are relying on me to get their numbers right.
In my free time, I like reading, walking, listening to music and doing Zumba.
Michael Dear – Bookkeeper
Qualified by experience.
I’m Michael and I have one of the most important jobs – bookkeeping. If you don’t have accurate bookkeeping, then it’s impossible to produce the right accounts for our clients.
I get involved with standard monthly transaction recording, VAT accounting, Payroll and CIS for a wide range of our clients.
I like to spend my leisure time gardening, watching football, and visiting fine dining restaurants.
Rokxana Brylewicz – Accounts Apprentice
Hello, I’m Rokxana and I am an Accounts Apprentice at Passman Leonard. I have completed my AAT Level 2 in Accounting and I am currently working towards my AAT Level 3 Professional Diploma in Accounting. As part of my role, I am gaining practical experience across a variety of accounting tasks while continuing to develop my knowledge and skills.
The part of my job I enjoy most is working alongside a professional team who are reliable, helpful and friendly. Everyone is supportive and knowledgeable, which gives me the opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop my skills in a positive environment.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching movies and swimming.
Sandev Bansal – Semi Senior Accountant

I’m Sandev and I’m a part qualified accountant . I enjoy my role because it’s very varied and no two days are the same which keeps things interesting.
My responsibilities include preparation of accounts, tax computations, bookkeeping and VAT returns.
I love communicating with my regular and new clients, whether in English, Punjabi or Swahili and the team always makes work fun. Personal development at work is very important to me so I am often exploring ways to increase my skills and knowledge.
My weeks are busy but so are my weekends as I work in the wedding industry as a DJ.
